Whatever You Say, Say Nothing, is a collaboration between the Liberties Weavers and NCAD Studio+, featuring student Rosemary Costello. The project is part of the Culture Date with Dublin 8 Festival 2024 and showcases a textile sculpture created by multiple weavers. The woven pieces explore self-perception and shared silence among women, using fabric to symbolize the "elephant in the room." The Liberties Weavers aim to preserve Dublin’s weaving heritage. The NCAD Dublin 8 Residency supports community-based collaboration. The poster includes a poem referencing secrecy and an illustration of an abstract elephant.

The Liberties Weavers, a community group dedicated to reviving Dublin's weaving heritage, organized an exhibition in The Liberties area to celebrate St. Brigid's Day. The event showcased traditional weaving techniques and contemporary textile art, reflecting the rich history of weaving in the area. The group, which conducts classes in a community room at the Timberyard on Cork Street, aims to preserve and promote the craft of weaving. The exhibition featured works from local weavers and artists, highlighting the cultural significance of St. Brigid as a patroness of creativity and craftsmanship. Through workshops, exhibitions, and walking tours, the Liberties Weavers are demonstrating that there's more to this south inner city area than just brewing.
